Manage Your Job Opening or Task/Project Post
Set it to ACTIVE if you want others to be able to search or browse to it and set a start and end date. If you don't specify a start date, the start date will be set to today. If you don't specify an end date, the end date will be set to 90 days from now. When a job opening is no longer open, be sure to set it to Inactive.

After you post your job opening, you can wait for applicants to apply or you can browse or search our resume database for potential applicants.

In addiiton to posting your job posting free online, we can find pre-qualified applicants and submit their resume to you. To have us search for you, fax your job posting to 916-726-5675. The following are our policies for when we submit a resume to a client:

• One consultant per job: We submit only one consultant per job unless directed otherwise by the client.
   
• Pre-interviewed: We conduct a one-on-one interview with every prospective consultant.
   
• Technical evaluation: For areas we specialize in, we carefully evaluate the technical skill set of the prospective consultant in each area of claimed expertise.
