STRINGLIST DOCUMENTATION
Paradox 11.0.0.411 stringList.setString ( const stringID longInt, const stringValue string ) logical   Is there a documentation error here.  And for that matter does anyone have information to documentation updates/changes?   I seem to be able only to use a smallInt.

RE: Form Feed
Ok.. UPDATE... Page setting for report was STANDARD LETTER 8.5 X 11.. that is the size of the continous forms.. I have increased that size to a 9 x 11 giving me a bit of extra room on the width..PROBLEM SOLVED...  Problem persists.. went to print invoices and another problem popped.. so I appologize.. this was not a fix.

Form Feed
Dot matrix printer, printing invoices 8.5 x 11 ... after every invoice I get a formfeed (an empty invoice).. I have ran into this problem before and I believe what I have done is recreate the report and the problem goes away.  Anyone know how to fix this in a different and easier manner? This error only shows it ugly face after an edit to a well running report.  Out older epson took a dump and we bought a new oki 320 turbo 9 pin.. so I made some adjustments to the report to compensate to the printers start of form. This basically meant moving things up a bit. Grouped on order# with a table frame. report    page      group         all records         table frame ETC .. ETC..

When trying to establish a table lookup thru restructure. I get the message paradox has stopped working.  I get a debug option and close option.. if I take debug.. the program shuts down.  Anyone know of a solution to this?

no, it's the same.. but if you move it to another machine, and that machine it's all sitting in c:\apps, or f:\electrical, or whatever, anything hard-coded will error out

Moving things
Thanks for the explanation Steve... .So lets say I move an application from one computer to another computer.. lets also say I keep the files in there respective locations.. ex(c:\electrical).. this is my private directory and working directory.. no aliases are used.. this is the setup on both computers.. do you see a problem here?
