Death match: Windows Vista versus XP
http://www.infoworld.com/article/08/03/17/12TC-vista-versus-xp_1.html?source=NLC-PLATFORMS&cgd=2008-03-19 Interesting article if nothing else... I just bought a new laptop on Sunday and it came with Vista, but I have to say it isn't anything I would pay extra for or upgrade a machine I already have to... If you're a self-proclaimed Vista fan, what are your reasons? Just curious... from both a user point of view and from a person having to support/develop to it....

RE: Coding ASP Classic on Linux
Sorry for the confusion... Yes, ASP coding can be done in a simple text editor.  The only IDE's I have used to code it (Visual Studio, Dreamweaver) simply provide some intellisense, but that's about it.  I'm not aware of an ASP Unix/Linux editor.

coupling and cohesion
Need a little help. Have the question "How has OOD helped with coupling and cohesion?" Can find plenty of definitions but no real answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do anyone hear about PopIn Ads before?
I am a new webmaster and I want to promote my web site. So I surf some exchange banner program site. Occasionally, I find one exchange banner program called Popin Ads. I click and see Demo http://popinads.com/preview.php?type=publisher . I feel that this kind of banners are attractive. Do anyone use this kind of banners before? Can you guys share your experience to me? Thanks alot.

I personally do not usually click on banners that take me to another site than the one I am currently viewing, mostly because one is never sure on where exactly it will take you, especially when it is used through some third party service. If the banner does interest me, I'll do a web search for the product or company name and 'attempt' to get more information that way.

The PHP IDE I have been using a lot lately and really like is PHP Designer 2008 (http://www.mpsoftware.dk/phpdesigner.php). Though I am a fan of free software and open source projects (I also tried the free PHPEclipse http://www.phpeclipse.de/tiki-view_articles.php as I enjoy using Eclipse for Java programming), I actually purchased this one, for about $50 or so. The only problem I see with PHP for Delphi is the price.  For a bit more money, one could buy Zend Studio made by the folks who support PHP and is considered the flagship PHP IDE.  Delphi for PHP's screenshots look nice, if I get some time I may just have to download a trial.

I believe that the short notation for megabyte is MB while megabit is Mb.

Regarding...
MbPS
Megabits (mb) per second. A bit is either a 0 or 1 (a digit) and a byte is a string of 8 bits. 8 mbps (megabits per second) equals 1 MB/sec (megabytes per second). Therefore 54 mbps is equal to a max of 6.75 MB/second.
