query count in Access VBA Programming topic (part of our Microsoft Access group).

i need to total the amount of duplicate records in my database. I know this should be easy but i can't figure it out!

You need two queries to do this.

First create a duplicate query. Look up help on this.

Then create a query that counts the duplicates.

Now that
Athlon XP 1600
Windows XP
Office XP

Perth the most isolated capital in the world

Check the field you want to count and enter "calc count all"
