ObjectPAL doesn't have anything built-in but any of the normal techniques for uploading files will work.

Are you using XP Home edition or XP Pro? Early versions of XP Home couldn't "remap" drives for you so you would see symptoms of this nature. The solution was always to upgrade the computers to XP Pro.
