Take Away: Add a field called ModifyTimeStamp to every table in your project and set its Default value to NOW. These types of audit fields can be very helpful in business situations and are critical in many. Other types of audit fields you can add to the end of tables include CreateTimeStamp and EmployeeID.

In the Restructure dialog box, you can use the Default column of the field roster to add a field called ModifyTimeStamp to every table in your project and set its Default value to NOW. These types of audit fields can be very helpful in business situations and are critical in many. Other types of audit fields you can add to the end of tables include CreateTimeStamp and EmployeeID.

When creating CreateTimeStamp, Can the EmployeeId field be auto populated by the network user name?
