C is a block structured programming language designed for procedural and imperative programming. It was originally developed by Dennis Ritchie at the Bell Telephone Laboratories and released in 1972 for use with the Unix operating system.

4. Use ++ and -- In C and C++, it is better to only use unary operators for incrementing and decrementing variables because they produce fewer instructions and run faster.
