Form won't open
Over the years, I have often had forms drop out on me.  I have learned to deal with issues peculiar to me' by opening the form from 'Project Viewer' by selecting open|form|.. and then providing the name of the errant form, and its directory, in the dialogue box.  Once I get the form open, I go to ...|dataModel| and then remove ll child tables from the form.  If the form opens normally at that point, then you can re-engage the child tables, one at a time. Lost tCursor
One of the issues that has confronted me constantly during the last 12 years or so, is that Paradox is very fussy about addresses. Inevitably, a message saying that a tCursorcould not be opened (table Found) is a message about a faulty address.  Perhaps in migration to windows 10, an address protocol has changed.  If that is the case, the error will be quite widespread.  If it is not, then the error will be in coding that calls the TCursor. I often find that when I am writing reports, everything goes well. Then when I close the report and later try to open it again, I will get a message saying that it cannot find a table???  I just tell it which table to use and from thereon, it works.  Once again, this is an address issue.

Passing a variable in an export process
HI folks, I have the following code with a form;             exportASCIIVar(":RSA:Mailing Emails.db",":RSA:Reports\\Temporary Mail List.csv", "\t","\"",False,True), ,             MsgInfo("Well Done","The E Mail List for "+s+" has been updated.") S has been populated before this point, but I would like to replace "Temporary Mail List.csv" with a file name made up of the value of s, plus ".csv" Does anyone have any suggestion?

s = ":RSA:Reports\\Temporary Mail List.csv" exportASCIIVar(":RSA:Mailing Emails.db",s, "\t","\"",False,True) if that's not what you meant, you'll have to explain differently

Paradox Reports
Is it possible to design a Paradox Report in such a way that if a record meets a particular criteria, the colour of the record can be changed. Ross

Just off the top of my head I think I'd design and print a form that did that rather than a report. --- Steve Caple
