JDBC and the BDE
Our web application queries the Paradox tables through JDBC every 30 minutes to update our local copy of the data. This scheduled query will run, for about a day and a half before it starts failing with this error:, , Error message: Error while trying to connect to database, Exception message:, While trying to obtain Connection object, there was a ProviderFailure exception on the server., Following are BDE Error messages:, BDE ERROR CODE: 9488 MESSAGE: Too many sessions., , We are closing all connections and database resources after the update is finished. For, some reason, the server is running out of resources., , Is increasing the number of sessions in APPSRV~1.pro from the default 45 to a higher number the right direction to address this issue?, , Bob G.

Interrupt Processing
Is it possible via ObjectPAL to trap an interrupt, such as a Ctrl-Break? I have a need to trap an interrupt, set a close-out switch, return to the point in the logic/code where the interrupt was issued so that processing can continue to a logical point for exiting the application. I have an archiving process which is completely closed to user interaction (so I thought). Thanks for any advice that you may have. Bob

Maximize Form
I am having a problem with maximizing a form with maximize() on 'arrive' for the form. Actually, the form maximizes, but the page does not. This is not a problem on the development machine. When the form is moved to a production machine the page doesn.t maximize. I have looked at all the other forms which work properly without getting an answer to this one. Window Style is 'window', with Title Bar (Control M., Min., Max.), Size to Fit, Standard Menu, Properties (Size to Fit). What am I missing that's obvious? Thanks.

Try maximize() at the form's open method, at the else part of the prefilter
