Have you used Borland JBuilder? Any thoughts on how it matches up to J2EE?

Yes - I currently use JBuilder4. J2EE is actually a set of API's and JBuilder does supply an implementation of many of the J2EE API's. (An implementation of JMS (which I believe is optional in the current version of J2EE) is included with the Inprise Application Server. Also the Servlet and related classes are the Tomcat implementation.
