To begin, load your data into a array. (you can fill it straigth from you ADO/DAO if you will) and add following code

  
For counter = LBound(get_data) To UBound(get_data)
MSFlexGrid1.Rows = MSFlexGrid1.Rows + 1
MSFlexGrid1.Col = 0: MSFlexGrid1.Row = MSFlexGrid1.Rows - 1: MSFlexGrid1.Text = get_data(counter, 1)
MSFlexGrid1.Col = 1: MSFlexGrid1.Row = MSFlexGrid1.Rows - 1: MSFlexGrid1.Text = get_data(counter, 2)
Next counter


TIP : Just before filling your flexgrid, make him invisible. This speeds up the filling of your datagrid. Very usefull with great amount of data. Just try it out !!!
