i create a powersock to transfer my parameters using HTTP POST,then the connection is successful,but my parameter couldn't be sent.who know why?

You may want to review RFC 2068. The following is a valid POST request as sent from Internet Explorer (this may help you as well). I put a colon and space prior to each line so you may see blank lines as well.
