Hi,

I received some code written in Delphi Enterprise Edition however, I use Professional Edition (5.0). When I attempt to run the appl. I get this message:

Project LARS.exe raised exception class EDBEngineError with message 'Your application in not enabled for use with this driver'

Is there a way I can run this code in Professional Edition?

Thanks.

Unfortunately, the Enterprise edition includes more specific database drivers, which are not available in the Professional edition. The only suggestion I can think of would be to create an ODBC connection to the database, and then modify the source to use the ODBC connection, instead of the native connection.

Hope this helps,
Larry
