We have a Paradox 7 application that has been successfully using Word 97 Spell Check capability for Paradox text fields. The routine (method) that calls Word is written in Delphi 5 and held in a library (dll).
Problem
We upgraded the application from Paradox 7 to Paradox 10 (the Word library remaining unchanged).
Now when the user clicks on the spell check button in the Paradox application the spell check function runs correctly, but once the Word library routine calls the Word CheckGrammar function then after around ten seconds a spurious message box "Server is Busy" pops up offering "Switch To" or "Retry" options.
What causes this unwanted message? How do I get rid of it?
